Details of the Registration Fees
Authors:
Authors of accepted full paper submissions who complete registration will be invited to present at the conference. The papers will be formally published in the conference proceedings. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
Oral/ Poster Presenters:
Presenters of accepted abstract submissions who complete registration will be invited to present at the conference; however, the abstracts will NOT be officially published in the conference proceedings.
Delegates:
Delegates attend the conference without delivering a presentation or submitting a publication.
General Information
1. The registration fee covers conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs, and access to all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does not include: Accommodation expenses; Visa application fees; Transportation costs.
3. At least one author of each accepted final paper is required to pre-register.
4. The Organizing Committee will confirm completed registrations within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.
5. In the event that you are unable to attend the conference, the printed proceedings along with the payment receipt/Fapiao will be mailed to you.
