If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

For the Publication Fee

* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.

For the Participation Fee (Without Submission)

* 15 days ahead of the conference: 100% of payment refund

* From 14 days before Registration day of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After the Registration day of the conference: no refund

Conference Date and Place Statement

The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference due to force majeure circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
